Elephant Garlic Scapes

These yummy scapes are the blooming stem of the elephant garlic. Cut off before blooming, these crisp scapes have a mild garlic/onion flavor that can be used in stirfries, made into pesto, eaten fresh in salads, or sautéed and roasted like asparagus. They are only available for a few weeks each year, so make sure you get yours! Can be shipped.
