Garlic Scapes

These delicious scapes are the blooming stem of the hardneck garlic varieties. Cut off before blooming, these crisp scapes have a garlic/onion flavor that can be used in stirfries, made into pesto, eaten fresh in salads, or sautéed and roasted like asparagus. They are only available for a few weeks each year, so make sure you get yours! Can be shipped.
